Reiki Is Not New Age — It Is LOVE.

Love brings wholeness.
Wholeness brings equilibrium.
Equilibrium brings healing — of the body and mind.

Usui’s original Reiki (1920s Japan)

His system included:

That’s it. No crystals. No tarot.
Just a practice of coming back into alignment with your unbroken nature.

Healing means supporting the body and mind in a way that restores balance — not through tools or trends, but through presence, intention, and connection.

For that, inner stillness is required. Sitting down, practising meditation, and coming back to yourself will, without a doubt, restore balance.

Reiki is not “New Age”.
It originated in Japan in 1922 and was founded by Mikao Usui.
The “New Age” movement only emerged in the West from the 1970s onwards.

Why is Reiki considered pseudoscience?

Because it cannot be measured or replicated under conventional scientific conditions.
There is no machine that detects “universal life force energy”.

And yet...

Reiki — also known as Love — helps.
So often, it helps.

So how do we prove, in a scientific way, what love is?

As a Reiki practitioner, I work with intention, presence, and what Reiki traditions describe as universal life energy.

Where your attention goes, Reiki flows.

This is how Mikao Usui described Reiki:

“The secret art of inviting happiness.
The miraculous medicine of all diseases.”
